  1. The mansion took 7 years to build and cost $63 million.
  2. The swimming pool runs 60 feet long and includes an underwater music system. As well as a locker room that has four showers and two baths.
  3. The home includes a 2500 sq ft. gym. (That is the size of a house)
  4. The dining room is 1,000 sq ft. (That is the same size as the average apartment)
  5. When a guest arrives. they are given a pin that interacts with the sensors in each room. Depending on their preferences, the temperature, music and lighting will change wherever they are in the home.
